Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 38 (9) of the Fishing Act, establishes the procedure for issuing, suspending and revoking the fishing vessel certificate and the form of the fishing vessel certificate. Matters covered by the Regulation include: fishing vessel certificate issued on the basis of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011; fishing vessel certificate form; formalisation of the certificate and data included; procedure for issuing a certificate; replacement of a destroyed, lost and unusable fishing vessel certificate; correction of incorrect data; delivery of the certificate; revocation and suspension of validity of fishing vessel certificate.
