Regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs no. 69 of 2022, concerning procedures for issuing, transferring and deleting a certificate of origin and the composition of the information to be submitted when applying for a certificate of origin.

This Regulation, made on the basis of subsection 11 of section 32 (8) of the Energy Management Act, concerns procedures for issuing, transferring and deleting a certificate of origin of the energy. The Regulation applies to: consumers, suppliers and producers of energy. According to the Regulation, the operations related to the issuance, transfer and deletion of a certificate of origin are carried out in the certificate of origin information system. The Regulation concerns: registration of devices for energy production; compliance of provisions with the European Legislation; measurement of quantity of biomethane; information to be submitted when applying for a certificate of origin; procedures to follow for issuing, transferring or deleting a certificate of origin.
