Abstract
This Regulation, made under provisions of Sections 69 (3) and 70 (2) of the Fishing Act, establishes the list of data to be submitted via the satellite tracking system, the frequency and procedure of data submission and the requirements for satellite tracking devices concerning fishing vessel and fishing commercial activity on specified Estonian Lakes, for the matters not covered by European Legislation. The Regulation concerns: requirements and equipments of motorised vehicle used for commercial fishing on frozen lakes; requirements for satellite tracking devices, and fishing vessels equipments; registration of satellite tracking device.
