Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 35 (3) subsection 5 of the Fishing Act, establishes the conditions and procedure for carrying a fishing vessel at the expense of the additional free fishing capacity, for the fishing fleet subdivision 4S2 of the commercial fishing register. The Regulation concerns: requirements for the applicant; requirements for the fishing vessel; procedure for submitting the application.
