Regulation of the Minister of Rural Affairs no. 56 of 2018 concerning requirements for continuing education for specialists responsible for land improvement research, land improvement system design, land improvement owner supervision and land improvement expertise.

This Regulation, made on the basis of subsection 36 (9) of the Land Improvement Act, establishes the requirements for the content, learning outcomes and volume of in-service training for specialists responsible for land improvement research, land improvement system design, land improvement owner supervision and land improvement expertise. The Regulation concerns: content of training; learning outcomes of the training; scope of training and document issued upon completion of training.
