Regulation of the Minister of Rural Affairs no. 63 of 2018 concerning Statutes of the Register of Entrepreneurs Operating in the Field of Land Improvement.

This Regulation, made under provisions of subsection 38 (2) of the Land Improvement Act, establishes the register of entrepreneurs operating in the field of land improvement as database aimed at providing the public with information about entrepreneurs operating in the field of land improvement, and at keeping of records and supervision of their economic activities. The Ministry of Regional Development and Agriculture is the responsible authority empowered as responsible processor. The Regulation concerns the following matters: appointment of users with administrator rights; structure and security class of the register; general data to be entered in the register and sources of data; general data on economic activities; information on prohibition of economic activity and on business ban; processing of data.
