Regulation of the Minister of Rural Affairs no. 73 of 2021 concerning the Statute of the Register of Agricultural Animals.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 34 (3) of the Veterinary Act, details the content of the register of agricultural animals, as the database to keep record of the persons involved in animal production and transportation, in order to ensure effective veterinary supervision and veterinary control. The first chapter concerns: controller in charge of the register; the definition of the Agriculture and Food Board, as the authorised processor of the register; duties of register users. Chapter 2 concerns: data entered in the register and their sources, and particularly: general data on economic activity; data on farm animals; detailed information on pigs, cattle, equines, sheep and goat, including: the country of origin in case of imported animals, the country of destination in case of export, the date of sending the animal by-products for handling; information about the activity permit and exemption from the permit obligation; data on business ban, entrepreneurship ban and revocation of the right to keep animals. Chapter 3 concerns data processing, entry and correction of data in the register, revocation of register data.
