This Regulation approves the minimum hazard level of a chemical and procedure for determining the threshold quantity of a hazardous chemical and the hazard category of an undertaking. It consists of five sections: Terms (1); Definition of danger of enterprise (2); Definition of category A major-accident hazard enterprise (3); Definition of category B enterprise with major-accident hazard (4); and Definition of category C enterprise (5).
