Regulation No. 107 of 2004 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the list of data and application forms of data and applications for the release of genetically modified organisms or products containing or containing genetically modified organisms, procedures for carrying out a risk assessment and a list of data to be submitted in the results of the risk assessment, allowing the list of data to be included and the forms of authorisations

This Regulation provides for genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into the environment of the permit and of GMOs or consisting of or containing the products (the product) for marketing authorization submitted a list of information, risk assessment procedures and risk assessment evaluated the risks and potential adverse effects specified in the list, and Forms for authorizations for the release of GMOs and for the marketing of GMOs or products. The Regulation consists of 12 sections: Scope of regulation (1); Application for permit for release of GMOs into the environment (2); Application for permit for release of genetically modified higher plants into the environment (3); Application for marketing authorization for GMO or product (4); General bases for performance of risk analysis (5); Purpose and general principles of risk analysis (6); General and specific considerations for carrying out a risk analysis (6-1); Data underlying the risk analysis (6-2); Risk analysis methodology (7); Stages of risk analysis (8); Conclusions on the risk areas covered by the risk analysis (9); List of information to be submitted on the basis of risk analysis (9); Obligation to submit risk analysis (10); Permit for release of GMOs into the environment (11); and Marketing authorization for GMOs or products (12).
