This Regulation lays down requirements for a written assessment report assessing whether a genetically modified organism or a product containing it may be placed on the market and under what conditions, or for what reasons. It consists of three sections: Scope of regulation (1); Information to be submitted in evaluation report (2); and Decision submitted in evaluation report and reasons therefor (3).
