Regulation No. 17 of Minister of the Environment on water protection requirements for aquaculture, including limit values for pollutants in aquaculture water and requirements for discharge and monitoring

This Regulation, based on provisions of paragraph 131 (2) of the Water Act, establishes water protection requirements for aquaculture farms, including limit values for the content of pollutants in water from aquaculture and requirements for discharge and monitoring. This Regulation does not regulate aquaculture which does not require a water permit or registration.
