Abstract
This Regulation lays down requirements for genetically modified organisms (hereinafter GMOs) and GMO as or in a product (the product), marketing environmental monitoring report (the report) the content and procedure for submission of the report. The report shall be prepared on the environmental monitoring of GMOs established on the basis of the marketing authorization. The Regulation consists of three chapters: general provisions (I); reporting requirements (II); and reporting procedure (III).
