Abstract
This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for granting state support for afforestation, including the objectives of the support, eligible activities, and requirements for afforested areas. It defines afforestation and maintenance of young forest stands as supported activities and specifies the categories of land eligible for support and the areas excluded from eligibility. It also sets out the rates of support and defines eligible and non‑eligible costs.
The Regulation provides requirements for applicants and applications, including the role of forest associations, submission procedures, and required data and documents. It establishes the process for evaluation, selection, and decision-making on applications, as well as rules for implementation of supported activities, reporting, and payment of support.
