Regulation No. 25 of 2019 of Minister of the Environment on requirements for the storage and use of watercraft

The requirements of this Regulation, established on the basis of paragraph 183 (7) of the Water Act, apply to watercraft on public and publicly used inland waterways, with the exception of navigable water bodies. It consists of eight sections: Scope of application (1); General requirements for use of watercraft (2); Limit speed of watercraft (3); Use of motorised watercraft (4); Restriction of traffic by watercraft near bathing areas (5); Signs regulating water traffic (6); Storage of watercraft (7); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
