Regulation No. 25 of 2020 of Minister of the Environment on species and groups of species for which an unfavorable change is considered to be damage caused to water quality, specimens of animal or plant species or parts thereof within the meaning of subsection 144 (1) of the Water Act

This Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 145 (8) of the Water Act, approves the list of species and groups of species for which an unfavourable change is considered to be damage caused to water quality, specimens of insects, vertebrate animal, animal living in the marine environment, and plant species or parts thereof within the meaning of subsection 144 (1) of the Water Act.
