Regulation No. 31 of 2019 of Minister of the Environment on Requirements for the planning, construction and use of a sewerage structure and the specified extent of the shape of the sewerage structure

This Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 137 of Water Act, establishes the requirements for the planning, construction and use of sewerage pipelines, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations or other buildings or structures related to the collection, treatment and discharge of wastewater built for the collection, treatment or discharge of wastewater. This Regulation does not establish requirements for stormwater sewerage structures or for pre-treatment of wastewater discharged into public sewers, except for the treatment plant of a canning unit.
