Abstract
The Regulation, established on the basis of Section 12 (5), Section 25 (7), Section 26 (8), Section 61 (12) of the Fishing Act, and Section 11(2)(3) of the Environmental Charges Act, establishes the procedure for applying for and issuing a fishing license, deadlines, methods of application, information to be submitted in the application and application form directly to the issuer, requirements for authorisation and notification of removal, the procedure for control of payment for and payment of recreational fishing rights. The Regulation consists of seven chapters: Scope (1); Requirements for and notification of authorisation to withdraw fishing gear (3); Submission, format and deadline for data on recreational fisheries (4); Payment for and control of recreational fishing rights (5); Fee for recreational fishing rights (6); and Implementing provisions (7).
