Abstract
This Regulation, made under provisions of Fishing Act and the Environmental Charges Act, approves the form of special fishing permit, additional conditions for special fishing, review of application, issue and revocation of permit, application for special fishing right and application for use of electric fishing gear, issue of certificate and revocation of certificate. It consists of 13 sections: Special fishing permit (1); Application for special fishing permit and documents submitted for that purpose (2); Review of application (3); Issue, preparation and registration of special fishing permit (4); Additional conditions (5); Refusal to issue permit (6); Revocation of permit (7); Fee for special fishing right (8); Certificate of electric fishing gear (9); Application for certificate (10); Acceptance and processing of application (11); Preparation and registration of certificate (12); and Revocation of certificate (13).
