Regulation no. 65 of 2016 concerning Energy savings calculation rule.

This Regulation, made on the basis of subsection 18 (1) of the Energy Management Act, concerns the preparation of documents for calculating energy savings achieved as a result of a policy measure and publishing data on projected energy savings on the basis of the provisions of the Act. The Regulation covers the following matters: general principles for calculating energy savings; methods for calculating energy savings; basis for calculating energy savings; energy savings resulting from a taxation policy instrument; special conditions for calculating energy savings of an obligated person; achieving energy savings in energy conversion and transmission; monitoring of policy measures.
