Regulation no. 76 of 2016 concerning Minimum requirements for energy audit.

This Regulation, made on the basis of subsection 5 of paragraph 27 of the Energy Management Act, establishes minimum requirements for energy audits, energy audits carried out within the framework of an energy management system, energy audit reports, energy audit activities. The Regulation concerns the following matters: obligations of the person conducting the energy audit; requirements for energy audits, including: economic impact of an efficiency measure proposed in an energy audit, residual value of long-term investments, monitoring of operational data on energy consumption; list of energy audit activities to be mapped monthly for at least one year; requirements for the preparation of an energy audit report.
