Ministerial Decree No. 1247 of 2008 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the aquatic resource co-operatives Law issued by the Ministerial Decree No. 181 of 1984.

This Decree amends article 35 of the Executive Regulations of the aquatic resource co-operatives Law issued by the Ministerial Decree No. 181 of 1984. Article 35 according to this Decree states that the Union of Cooperatives of the aquatic resource will be managed by a council of 19 members elected by the General Assembly of the Union each representing a fishing or an aquaculture region. The council will also include members of joint and public associations.
