Abstract
This Decree consisting of 15 articles provides for the Executive Regulations for Law No. 123 of 1983 concerning the aquatic resource co-operatives. Part 1 of this Decree sets forth the formation, registration, and operation of cooperatives as well as procedures regarding the governing body and its members. Part 2 addressed the resources of the Cooperative and their management.
