Executive Regulations on the Law of Irrigation and Drainage. There are 57 articles divided into 7 main Parts. Part I is concerned with public property related to irrigation and drainage, and private business within the public domain . Part II is about canals and private water banks. Part III sets forth field water banks and the networks set up by the Ministry of Irrigation. Part IV discusses groundwater , their deepness, the water quality, as well as the degrees of salt it contains. Part V provides for wastewater use and authorization issues. Part VI deals with water lifting machines. Part VII sets forth the procedures of beaches’ protection. There are two annexes to this Law giving pilot information for wastewater for irrigation purposes studies.
