Abstract
This Decree sets forth the means and costs of treatment to resist pests and diseases that affect horticultural plants and vegetables. It is composed of 4 articles. This Decree states that the owner or possessors of plants are obliged to implement all measures set by the Ministry of Agriculture as well as following the procedures of treatment when signs of infection appear in any pest according to the annex of the Ministerial Decree No. 24 of 1967 on harmful pests, the areas it contaminated and plants whose transport is prohibited. The Decree provides for all different types of treatments and costs.
