Ministerial Decree No. 24 of 1967 on harmful pests, the areas it contaminated and plants whose transport is prohibited.

This Decree is composed of 5 articles, and it provides for insect pests and fungal diseases listed in Annex 1 and the different diseases which are harmful to plants (Art. 1). Species of trees, shrubs, plants and their fruits set forth in Table C in the annex are subject to carry the disease and can be contagious and are prohibited from being transported to any other region unless authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture.
