Ministerial Decree No. 219 of 2010 on the exploitation of water sewage.

This Decree amends Article (82) of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 48 of 1982 issued by Ministerial Decree No. 8 of 1982 on the protection of the River Nile and water channels from pollution as follows:''An annual fee of 25 Egyptian Piasters per cubic meter of treated liquid waste is obligatory for the exploitation of water channels.''
