Abstract
This Resolution aims at amending article 125 of the Agriculture Act of 1966 establishing that the Minister of Agriculture decides: the registration of all or some animals in specific areas and preventive health measures. The article provides also for the issuance of a card containing numbering, registration, vaccination, appointments for regular immunization for registered animals. The Minister can decide to exempt small farmers from the payment of the amount due to the provisions of this article.
