Regulations for the issuance of wildlife permits (L.N. No. 112/2006).

These Regulations, implementing provisions of the Forestry and Wildlife Conservation and Development Proclamation, prohibit certain types of hunting and grant the power to the Minister of Agriculture to issue permits for the taking of wildlife for scientific purposes or wildlife farming, for the creation of wildlife farms and for the exportation or importation of wildlife products. The Regulations further specify the contents of an application for a permit and specify conditions for a permit to take wildlife for scientific, educational or cultural purposes, to take wildlife for wildlife farming and to export or import wildlife or wildlife products.
