Abstract
This Proclamation amends the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation by adding a definition of "Unfair Trade Practice" and in relation with, among other things: the requirement to obtain a licence for commercial activities such as trade in coffee, skin and hide and other foreign trade goods for which the Ministry deems a business license necessary; and cancellation and transfer of a licence.
