The Ethiopian Federal Government Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation No.649/2009.

The Proclamation provides for the discipline of public procurement; it clarifies Principles of Public Procurement and Property Administration and duties and Responsibilities of Procurement and Property Administration Unit.
