Abstract
This Regulation establishes the Ethiopian Water Works Construction Enterprise. This corporation shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992 and shall be supervised by the Ministry of Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy. The Enterprise shall, among other things: engage in the construction of waterworks; own and administer irrigation dams and re-invest the proceeds of charges collected from the beneficiaries of such dams for the construction of other similar dams.
