Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Establishment Council of Minister Regulations (No. 42/1998).

This Regulation establishes the Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise. This corporation shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992 and shall be supervised by the Ministry of Water Resources. It shall, among other things: conduct studies pertaining to hydraulics, dams, irrigation, water supply, industry, sewerage disposal water works, and basin development master plans; carry out surveys, designs and specifications regarding hydro power, dams and irrigation structures, flood control, water supply, sewerage disposal and other related water works; and render consultancy services.
