Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Council of Ministers Regulation No. 299/2013.

This Regulation, made under the Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Proclamation, establishes rules relative to food and health safety administration and control. The Regulation sets out general rules relative to food safety and quality but also regulates specific matters such as food fortification, food irradiation, food adulteration and counterfeiting, food supplement and genetically modified foods, infant and Follow up Formula and Complementary Food, and Trans-Regional Water Supply. The Regulation also provides for post marketing surveillance and medicine seizure and disposal, certain health issues related to air pollution, (hazardous) waste management and waste from foreign sources.
