Abstract
This Regulation apply to any person who engages in manufacturing, importing, wholesaling, distributing and in exporting, retailing of paints and products that use lead in paint as an input. Part 2 provides for concentration of lead in paint, labelling and certificate for conformity. Part 3 regulates disposal of lead paint and safety measure to safeguard the health and safety measures of the workers.
