Abstract
These Parts of the Marine Proclamation relate to jurisdiction, administration and control of "territorial waters, maritime domain and defence areas of the Empire" and fishing rights in those waters. Rights of fishing of foreigners are limited to (restricted) pearl fishing (sect. 9).
