Abstract
The present Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 97/102/EC which establishes special conditions relating to the imports from Russia into the Community of fishery and aquaculture products. The amendments also concern the designation of the Russian authority competent for verifying and certifying compliance of the aforesaid products with the requirements set forth in Directive 91/493/EEC. Annex A to Decision 97/102/EC, containing the specimen of the health certificate required for fishery and aquaculture products originating in Russia, is entirely replaced by the Annex hereto.
