Abstract
This Decision establishes conditions applicable to the importation into the Community of fishery products coming from the United Arab Emirates. Firstly, article 1 designates the competent authority in the United Arab Emirates for the purposes of verifying and certifying compliance of fishery products with the requirements of Directive 91/493/EEC. Each consignment must be accompanied by a health certificate to be compiled in accordance with the model annexed hereto. The fishery products shall come from approved establishments, factory vessels, or cold stores, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II.
