Abstract
The present Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 1999/813/EC which applies to the importation of fishery products originating in Vietnam. The amendments regard (i) the authority in Vietnam which shall be competent for verifying and certifying complaince of fishery and aquaculture products with the requirements set out in Directive 91/493/EEC, and (ii) the information to be given in the packages. Furthermore, Annex I is replaced by the Annex hereby attached, which contains the model of the health certificate.
