Abstract
This Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 2007/554/EC concerning certain protection measures against foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom. The amendments deal with: (i) exemptions from the prohibition concerning the dispatch of meats of the bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine species and other biungulates coming from or obtained from animals originating in the areas listed in Annex I of the amended Decision; (ii) exemptions from the prohibition concerning the dispatch of semen, ova and embryos of the bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine species and other biungulates from the areas listed in Annexes I and II of the amended Decision.
