Abstract
This Regulation establishes a discard plan for certain demersal fisheries in the Mediterranean Sea. The landing obligation provided for in article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 shall apply in the Mediterranean Sea to the fisheries as set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Exemptions for that landing obligation are laid down under articles 3 and 4.
