Abstract
This Regulation establishes a discard plan for certain demersal and deep sea fisheries in North-Western waters for the year 2018. In particular, in ICES zones V (excluding Va and only Union waters of Vb), VI and VII, the landing obligation provided for in article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 shall apply to demersal fisheries and deep see fisheries in accordance with this Regulation.
