Abstract
This Regulation sets out a discard plan for certain demersal fisheries in North-Western waters. The landing obligation provided for in Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 shall apply in ICES zones V (excluding Va and only Union waters of Vb), VI and VII to the fisheries set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
