Abstract
These provisions amend Regulation (EU) No. 649/2012 by replacing Annexes I and V. The amended Annex I lays down the list of chemicals that are subject to export notification procedure and qualifying for Prior Informed Consent notification. Moreover, the Annex II amends the Part 2 of Annex V of the Regulation (EU) No. 649/2012 by adding some chemicals other than persistent organic pollutants as listed in Annexes A and B to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 1 September 2020.
