Abstract
These provisions lay down some temporary derogations from Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 (fruit and vegetables sector) and from Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149 (wine sector). These derogations aim at preventing the disruption in both sectors for reasons linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. The derogations regard producers’ organizations relating to the fruit and vegetables sector and the wine sector.
