Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors and supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to penalties to be applied in those sectors and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 543/2011.

This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 as regards the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors (as referred to in Article 1(2)(i) and (j) of that Regulation) with the exception of marketing standards. Further it supplements Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 as regards penalties to be applied in those sectors. Specific provisions regard producers organizations (requirements and recognition, marketing of the production outside the producer organization, outsourcing, transnational producer organizations, mergers, association of producers organizations).
