Abstract
This Regulation derogates from Articles 23(4), 27(5) and 36(3) of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 for the year 2022, in order to protect and support recognised producer organisations and associations of producer organisations in the fruit and vegetables sector in all Member States which have encountered exceptional difficulties in the planning, management and implementation of operational programmes.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the following day that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and Article 1(1) and (2) shall apply from 1 January 2022.
