Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/751amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and the Council as regards rules for the prevention and control of certain listed diseases

This Regulation amends Article 21(3) regarding the establishment of a restricted zone; Article 28(3) regarding the designation of the establishment of destination for movements from or to the protection zone; Article 30(2) regarding the movements of ready-to-lay poultry from establishments located in the protection zone; Article 39(1) regarding the conditions to lift the measures provided for in Sections 1 and 2 of Chapter II; Article 43(3) regarding the designation of the establishment of destination for movements from or to the surveillance zone; Article 46 regarding the specific conditions for authorising certain movements of poultry from establishments located in the surveillance zone; and Article 55(1) regarding the conditions to lift the disease control measures applied in the surveillance zone pursuant to Sections 1 and 3. The first table in Annex VII, related to meat, casings and milk, is replaced by the table set out in the Annex to this Regulation. The title of Annex VIII to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687 is amended as ‘risk-mitigation treatments for products not of animal origin from the restricted zone’.
