Commission Directive 2007/41/EC amending certain Annexes to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

These provisions amend and supplement Annexes II, IV and V to Directive 2000/29/EC, which list out the harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within the European Community is banned and further specify the requirements to be laid down by Member States with respect to the introduction and movement of plants and plant products. The addenda laid down by this Directive concern grapevine.
