Abstract
This Directive replaces Annexes I and II to Directive 2003/90/EC, as well as the Annexes to Directive 2003/91/EC, which sets out: the list of plant and vegetables species which must comply with Community Plant Variety Office test protocols and Union for Protection of new Varieties of Plants guidelines.
