Abstract
These provisions supplement Directive 91/414/EC, which regulates the marketing of plant protection products, by inserting fluopicolide in the list of active substances. Member States are required to amend or withdraw existing authorizations for plant protection products containing fluopicolide as active substance by 30 November 2010.
